- Aircraft weighing less than 2730Kg, Helicopters with an MTOM equal to or less than 1200 kg, certified for a maximum of up to four occupants.
What is the ARC review?
It is the process for the issuance of an Airworthiness Review Certificate in accordance with Subpart I of Part ML (Annex Vb to Regulation (EU) 1321/2014), for the maintenance of the airworthiness of aircraft and aeronautical products and components. .
